Janine Morris-Meggett, Esq.
Janine A. Morris-Meggett, Esq. is a litigation, discovery, and transactional attorney with 25+ years of combined experience in media, entertainment, corporate operations, and high-stakes legal strategy. Her career spans Business & Legal Affairs at Jive Records and more than a decade as Senior Discovery Counsel at Paramount Global, where she led enterprise-wide litigation, investigations, and eDiscovery strategy across MTV, BET, VH1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and other major networks.
Her deep understanding of how disputes arise and resolve gives her a rare advantage: she drafts contracts with a litigator's eye. Every agreement — for growing businesses, production companies, influencers, or entrepreneurs — is designed to withstand real-world pressure, close loopholes, and protect clients long before a conflict ever emerges.
Before transitioning fully into law, Janine built a respected media career: programming New York's iconic Hot 97 radio station, writing for The Source, XXL, Essence, and Vibe, and authoring four novels with Kensington Books — experience that deepened her insight into the creative industries she now serves.
